Oddens Åndedrag / Breathing From The Ground Up is a physical sound walk created for Struer Harbour. The performance is an interplay of vertical dance and found sound created around the participating audience perspective.

Through sound and movement, the audience is invited to experience the environment and their place therein in a completely new way. The work transforms the raw harbour into a magical scene by bringing the architecture, sounds and atmosphere into a novel focus.

Donning wireless headphones, the audience members become active participants in the performance. They are asked to feel the surroundings through their own body as along the changing landscape, they meet artists who walk, dance and move in unforeseen ways.

Slow down, feel your breath and let gravity push you all the way into the ground.
